Erazma Ciołka , NIP 5272464408 , REGON 015876338 , entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000219806 (hereinafter ” VHM Hotel Management ” or “Administrator”).

GENERAL ISSUES

VHM Hotel Management attaches particular importance to protecting private data and respecting the privacy rights of Website users. By using the Services, in particular by creating an account on the Services and expressing appropriate consents, the User of the Services accepts the privacy policy and cookie policy described in this document.

PERSONAL DATA OF THE SERVICE USERS

VHM Hotel Management provides all Website users with the exercise of the rights arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and acts regulating the principles of the GDPR in the Polish legal order.

consideration of complaints submitted by the user and return of benefits in the event of withdrawal from the contract (return of goods) for which the basis is art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR in the scope of performance of the contract and the justified interest of the Administrator specified in art. 6 clause 1 letter f GDPR;
performing legal obligations imposed on the Administrator, in particular tax or accounting and legal obligations based on art. 6 clause 1 letter c GDPR;
in addition, personal data of Website users are processed in a legitimate interest, i.e. information on new Administrator services, for marketing purposes and conducting research and sales analysis and quality of services on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. f) GDPR.
The administrator also processes the personal data of Website users on the basis of voluntarily granted consent, e.g. for marketing purposes, including sending newsletters – legal basis of art. 6 clause 1 point a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn by the Website user at any time, without however affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to withdrawing the consent.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may prevent us from providing services electronically and making reservations on the Services – failure to provide name and telephone number.
The administrator will store user data for the duration of the services and after their completion until the end of the limitation period for any claims or obligations arising from applicable law. Personal data of Website users may be transferred to external service providers, entities conducting postal or courier activities, entities providing accounting, tax, legal and IT services who will process users’ personal data on our behalf. The administrator does not plan to transfer personal data of users outside the EEA. The Website User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, object to data processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The Website User has the right to object to the processing of his personal data on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest, as well as to object to the processing of his personal data for marketing purposes.
