VHM Hotel Management Sp. z o.o., part of the SATORIA Group SA, a leader on the Polish hotel market, continues its dynamic development. The company is consistently expanding its portfolio and strengthening its organizational structures, solidifying its position as one of the top hotel operators in the country.

This year, VHM Hotel Management took over another property under lease – Andersia Hotel & SPA Poznań, a member of Radisson Individuals – adding it to its leased portfolio, which already includes Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk, Hampton by Hilton Olsztyn, Hampton by Hilton Świnoujście, and Holiday Inn Dąbrowa Górnicza. At the end of August, the VHM portfolio grew further with Best Western Hotel Mariacki in Katowice, which, alongside Hampton by Hilton Białystok, Hotel Glar Conference & SPA in Wisełka, and Hotel Kyriad in Stargard, will be managed by the company under a management agreement. In the fourth quarter of this year, another project is scheduled to open – Nickel Resort & Wellnest Kołobrzeg-Grzybowo.

The dynamic growth of the hotel portfolio goes hand in hand with strengthening organizational structures. Experts from the SATORIA Group have joined the VHM Hotel Management team: Rafał Burski – Director of Revenue Management, Szczepan Jaroszek – IT Manager, and Grzegorz Chojnacki – Director of Food & Beverage. For years, they have been supporting VHM in hotel management, and now they are taking on key positions within the company’s structures. From September this year, the operational team will also be reinforced by another Regional Director – Marlena Szczecińska, who has spent last six years with the Marriott, managing the dual-branded Courtyard by Marriott and Moxy Szczecin City.
