Graduated from the annual Executive Development scheme at the Canadian International Management Institute and the post-graduate studies of Warsaw School of Economics – Goodwill Management. He gained experience in business and modern management by leading the marketing and development areas of various companies on the Polish market. He spent 9 years in the USA, where he acquired business experience in running an own enterprise. Obtained the manager education degree in Poland and in the USA. Apart from professional work he actively goes in for sailing, skiing and tennis, is interested in history and cinematography.
Has 30 years of experience in management, sales and marketing.
For over 15 years associated with the hospitality business, responsible for adapting facilities to global hotel requirements, operational management and franchising by international hotel chains (e.g. Hilton Worldwide, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Radisson, Marriott). Responsible for the development of VHM Hotel Management. Earlier associated with the Coca-Cola company for 14 years, in which, among others as a Business Process Leader, he was responsible in 24 countries for implementing standards of cooperation with the company’s main clients, including hotels.
Graduate of the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation of the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow. He completed postgraduate studies in Management, and a one-year Management program at ICAN Institute.
He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector. Since 2007 at Satoria Group S.A., at present holds the position of Director of Hotel Operations, responsible for the supervision of the operational activities of hotels belonging to the group. At the same time Board Member at Satoria Group S.A.
At VHM Hotel Management holds the position of Board Member, involved in new projects or acquisitions based on lease or management contracts, opening new hotels under international brands.
Before used to work for Groupe Envergure (now: Louvre Hotels) and IBB Hotels.
A graduate of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Within VHM responsible for the technical side of new build projects and the implementation of both the standards of international hotel chains (Hilton, IHG, Marriott) as well as VHM’s standards.
From the beginning of his professional career involved in construction process for hotel projects. Gained experience in the processes of designing, constructing, equipping and managing hotel projects on the technical side.
Previously associated with ERBUD SA, where he actively participated in delivering the Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk Old Town.
He has been associated with the tourist industry for 24 years. He started in the restaurant in London called Annabel. Other places on the professional career map include Villa Hestia in Sopot, Hotel Dwór Oliwski in Gdańsk, restaurant Villa Uphagena in Gdańsk and Hotel Zamek Ryn. For two years he participated in the project of opening the Hermitage Hotel in Brest, Belarus. In 2012, he was the general manager of the Aurora SPA & Wellness Hotel in Międzyzdroje and operations manager at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Łódź. For five and a half years was the general manager at Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence. Privately a Gdańsk resident, husband, father of Helena and Maciek, fan of team games.
Krzysztof Kraskowski is an experienced General Manager with a proven track record of 18 years working for Top Luxury Hotels abroad and managing and operating properties of up to 700 rooms in Poland.
He gained his professional qualifications at such international chains as Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Ireland and Germany, and Hyatt Andaz Hotel in London. After returning to the country in 2016, he managed such hotels as Golden Tulip Międzyzdroje, Seaside Park in Kolobrzeg and Bel Mare and Aqua Resort in Międzyzdroje. Since March 2024, he has held the position of Director of the GLAR Hotel in Wiselka and Regional Director of Resort Facilities of the VHMHM chain.
He holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Szczecin.
Barbara Pawliczuk has been appointed General Manager of the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Olsztyn.
Barbara Pawliczuk is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Tourism
and Foreign Languages in Warsaw. She has always been present in the tourism industry, working, among others, in Travel Office Juventur, Traveland or the Anders Group, and has been in the hotel industry for over 15 years.
For 5 years she was the head of the Sales and Marketing Department at the Zamek Ryn Hotel, then she gained further experience in Bristol Tradition & Luxury and Grand Hotel hotels in Rzeszów, Masuria Hotel in Worliny and Mortęgi Palace in Warmia and Mazury.
The last 3 years have been working as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the first hotel of the world brand in Warmia and Mazury – Hampton by Hilton Olsztyn. It was a unique time to gain new experience of working in a chain hotel and learn about the high standards of the brand.
Associated with the hotel industry since 2007. She gained professional experience in positions related to management, sales and marketing. She completed postgraduate studies for hotel and tourism managers at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 2022 she worked as Sales and Marketing Manager at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Białystok, developing promotional activities and building relationships with key clients.
Her hotel experience is also complemented by work in education – for three years she was a teacher of vocational subjects in the field of hotel management, supporting young talents in developing professional skills. In earlier years, she also worked as the Manager of the Esperanto Hotel and worked in the sales departments of the Best Western Hotel Cristal and Hotel Branicki in Białystok.
Since September 2024, he has also been the Regional Director of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Hotel Industry for the Podlasie region.
I’m a graduate of the Organisation and Management of Tourism and Hospitality of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznań.
I have almost 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. Since the beginning of my professional career, I have been associated with hotels located in the western part of West Pomerania, where I gained experience working in the hotel reception, reservation and sales department. Over time, I began to be responsible for the functioning of the departments in which I worked. I served as Reception Manager at Hotel Ricerski in Szczecin, and then for 6 years I was responsible for the hotel department at Hotel Wolin in Międzyzdroje. The next stage of my professional career was working at Bel Mare and Aqua Resort in Międzozdroj, where I was employed as Reception and Reservation Manager.
Graduate of postgraduate studies in business management at the University of Economics in Krakow as well as master’s studies in economics in Katowice. She gained her experience in the operational activities of Czarna Góra Resort, at the same time taking part in the opening of one of the Aparthotels. Then she deepened her knowledge and experience on the Krakow market in one of the Boutique Hotels, at the same time creating from the pre-opening phasea facility of 360 rooms of the Louvre Hotels Group chain, of which she became the General Manager.
A graduate of the Faculty of Tourism and Recreation of the University of Physical Education in Poznań. She has been associated with tourism for 26 years and with the hotel industry for over 13. She gained experience in the ACCOR hotel chain, the largest hotel in Poznań. In 2022, she took up the position of rooms division manager at Andersia Hotel & Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals in Poznań, and after two years became deputy hotel general manager.
